On my home page I have a Latest Items... component. I'd like to display the 6 most recent posts,

The first three posts should display postname, img, introtext, date and read more. And the last three should only display postname and date. Similar to 4ad.com/

Is this possible to set up without losing customizations when upgrading? It can be done via admin in articles, so it would be a natural feature to offer to K2 items...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
