Hello,

I'm a newbie and I'm wondering if I'm missing something here... I'm using K2 with Joomla and have successfully added categories, sub categories and items and linked them. However, I cannot figure out how to get my categories to display in a menu on my site. I'm sure this is something fairly basic to do but aside from adding to existing menus that I already had in Joomla, I cannot seem to add my new categories to a menu at least not through K2. What am I missing? Please help! Thanks very much.

Create a menu item just like the existing menu items, except select k2 category or item

That's the problem, doesn't show up in my Joomla categories. I think I found the issue though, apparently SQL doesn't always update the tables in Joomla when you make the change in K2. Thanks for the suggestion though!
