You can make a custom k2 template you can use on category's but other than that im not sure.

For the same needs I used the plugin from the post above, but the problem is that if your module need to add CSS or JS files in the header it will not work because this plugin add the module to the content afterrender, so to late to add infos in the header.
So if it's a custom module you have to add css and js manualy and not via addstylesheet function. It work ok like this.
