I am very new to K2, and somewhat new to Joomla! development. I installed the User Extended Fields plugin, because I wanted the additional fields available for use in my site.

My problem is that I don't know what I need to do to make those fields available as variables in a custom module I am developing. I understand the regular Joomla! $user information, but how do I get at the additional K2 stuff?

I really could use some help with this. All I need to know is what code needs to be in my php file so that I can access the data stored by User Extended Fields.

I would like to know this as well. We're using the users module to display a limited bio of the author and would like to include UEF social profile there as well.

You cannot use this information. You need to be a programmer to do this.
