The right sidebar problem is a template problem. you will find that the content area is as wide as the template and leaves no room for the sidebar pushing it below. With firebug and access to the css files of the template or the template params you can fix this.
Your template may also have a k2 override built in that could be picked and has already corrected this

but it isn't a template problem, cause when using the FrontPage Article View for home it works correctly, and when I use a second template the problem still appear :/
by the way i tried your solution and it doesn't change any thing

s5_content_area w firebug
disable width 955px in that tag
your right sidebar will come back into place

well i tried this but unfortunately it not working, the right sidebar become LEFT and with different css conditions of course ( Body CSS Rules not Sidebars CSS Rules )

i believe that it isn't the solution, because as i said i tried many templates & it doesn't work :(
