mod_k2_content problems in front page was created by Charalampos
I have been trying to post the mod_k2_content in the front page and the placeholder appears fine but the content is empty. In any other page within the site (apart from the front page) it works just fine. Can you please provide a suggestion / solution regarding this issue!? Thanks in advance.

How are you trying to do this by assigning it a template module position or using the loadposition method inside item ?

Hi Peter thanks for the reply. I used standard approach with loading on right template position only at home page. Nothing strange. Any difference or suggestion?

H i sorry about the delay but your problems got me stumped, on my site the page is a single column, so I had to temporary assign another page as default homepage anyway I had the same problem as you had, displays on every page but home page, I tried a few different methods like using other modules to display it but same result. I then started playing around with the settings in mod_k2content, I changed in Basic Options, Source to Select Specific Items then I saved, I looked at the Page "still the same", anyway instead of pulling my hair-out I had lunch, Well when I came back to it "I changed the setting back to Retrieve items from Categories", I know it's not very scientific but when I checked the page it was displaying in the right hand column on my home page -very weird i know

Hi both. Thanks. I have tried both approaches with no clear change. If there is another suggestion that would be great. There was a same request-problem in the previous k2 forum but now I cannot find it.

Have you tried changing your template to one of the beez templates, to see if it works with them ? I am confident you will get to work just a matter of sticking with it.

Hi Peter. Thank for the suggestion. Yes I have changed it to the Beez template and sill I have the same problem. Is there a need for an update possibly or something else?
