How can I place the text to the right of image.
Keep it simple please very new to K2 and Joomla.

If you want it simple, use jce editor and put your image directly into your item, just as you would do with joomla articles
If you want to use the k2 item image tab you will have to create a custom k2 override and format it the way you want.
