Here is an example on the Gavick website of the template that I an using and of how I would like my pages to look: demo.gavick.com/joomla16/jul2011/index.php/2011-06-30-23-44-4

The template has been installed and things have been changed around so I no long have this particular layout to look at in the Parameters.

Does anyone know how I would be able to set the Categories up so that they look like this?

I have used that template. The best way is to use the quickstart and load the default onto localhost and then you can compare side by side
