When visitors comment on posts they're directed to a page that says {"message":"Comment added! Refreshing page...","refresh":1} At this point, they start refreshing the page, which re-posts their comment as many times as they hit refresh, until they get bored and navigate away from the error.

What could be causing this? Any help is appreciated!
