I am wondering if K2 has SEF urls that will NOT use the Joomla ID number in the url. Previously I had used SH404sef to clean up the urls but have found it to be a very time consuming application to use and thought it would be nice if I didn' t have to use it.

If I go with K2 can K2 create the nice urls so that a url like this:

drcarney.com/health-programs/engine-2-diet/2011-september-immersion/107-medical-clinic-at-the-resort

Would strip out the 107- from the url. That is the ID of the article in Joomla.

Or, do I still need something like SH404sef in order to strip out those id numbers?
