Hello and well done for this nice component

I'm planning to use K2 for a website that runs J1.5, which I can't update due to a custom component that is already been used by the company.

I'd like to know if K2 supports a couple of things before continuing, sorry if answered before but I didn't find any similar question in the forum.

1. Customizing the template, can I put the first image from the article next to (left) the article title?

2. Is there an easy way for my registered users to add an article from the frontend (J1.5), and insert an image of any dimension, which can be automatically resized in specific pixels and show it as blog, as needed in question 1?
Purchasing the SIG Pro can I achieve that?

3. How can the users upload more content, such as word / movies / powerpoint files? Which is the best way? Is JCE Editor helping with this or is there an option of custom fields and upload function using K2?

I don't want users to ftp upload any files, They have to upload everything from the submit form.
