I'm sure this is a daft question with an easy answer but here goes.

Are the category/item templates available for download that are used in the K2 demo. The article layout, etc, is very cool and I would like it on my site. I know you can modify it but i'm no PHP guru.

If not, are there any free templates like this anywhere? I had a look but couldn't find them and searching for "templates" just brings up joomla templates.

you can get templates like DJ-catalogue etc....Search in extensions directory of Joomla.

You can also look here:
getk2.org/extend/templates/date

Most of these cost some money.

It IS possible to find freebie templates. Whatever you do, just make sure that the template is compatible with the joomla version you are using and say they are k2 compatible.
