Is it possible to make upload any files which sizes are more than 2mb?

Can i adjust the upload limit of file size?

The eaisest way to do this is if you have access is to edit the htaccess file in the root of your site and add a line to override the default setting.
You may want to contact your host and increase it for your entire server or portion of a shared server

But i do not know which file i have to adjust for it. Would you please tell me which file it is and where the file is for adding a line to override the default setting?
