I have a Joomla 2.5 site that is using jcarousel to display K2 items on the homepage. How can I get the carousel images and hyperlinks to link to an external URL instead of the K2 item page content?

This is probably pretty simple and something I'm overlooking, but any help is greatly appreciated.
