I wonder if it is possible to get search results when items are in certain categories with the category name as keyword. The same would be nice if a extra field content matches the keyword..

Right now it seems that only the item content is searched by the plugin.

Since the default k2 plugins seems to query through extra fields and categories names this should be possible somehow, right?

I looked into the JA K2 Filter and Module, but even there this did not work.

Hi. K2 does search in extra fields. If you create an extra field and search for it's value you will get the item. However K2 doesn't search in K2 category names.
