i'm looking for a workaround for my problem.
We have a site, and there is also a blog, and there are excerpts from the posts. I could put Social sharing buttons to each posts, but when i click on them, then it's sharing the url from blog (where all the posts are), and not the url from an individual post.
This is the blog:

So, it is possible, to put there social sharing buttons, which will share the url from a post? Some plugin, or something?

The site is using Joomla 1.5.24 with K2 2.4.1.
