Hi there,

I am a first time user and after installing the K2 component I am facing some issues.

For instance, I am not able to import joomla articles & categories. The page just goes blank.

Additionally, when I click on "New" Category, the page uses its styling.

Last but not least, the parameter icon on the top right hand side is also not showing and not clickable.

Any help is very much appreciated.

PS: I use joomla 2.5.4

Start with the blank page. Turn error reporting to max in joomla global settings and see if an error will appear instead of the blank page. That may point you in the right direction.

update: I updated from joomla 2.5.4 to 2.5.6 and it works now!
