We have a desire to step up and begin using Joomla's latest with K2's latest. An ITEM in K2 will contain a Title Insurance Calculator which was designed using javascript to determine the closing costs a customer pays to obtain Title Insurance when selling a home.

Each time we attempt to place the existing page content for the calculator form along with the javascript code, the javascript code disappears when click to save and the calculator won't function without the javascript code.

The existing page is a simple PHP page --- so how do we get the javascript loaded when using a K2 ITEM in Joomla? Where do we add the javascript code so the calculator functions when the calculator ITEM loads?

We created a txt file with javascript code followed by the calculator form we are using.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
