I am having trouble with the images in items. Even when I set the image size to medium 300 in categories it still displays as large or xlarge.

When I set up a new menu item, in the basic section, the 'Layout options for multiple category selection' shows 'image size for leading items' as large. Where can I change this?

Image sizes can be set in the K2 global paramaters. They can also be overriden in K2 category edit page.

Thanks - I was trying that and it still wasn't showing correctly. I have now discovered it works in firefox just not IE.

I got the same problem. I did an override in the category, but it's seem to ignore the setings. I didn't try firefox, but in IE en Chrome it's ignoring my image settings. Other category settings are working correctly.

Also note that changing those settings do not make K2 resize the existing images. Those settings are being applied for the new images ( the image is resized when the item is saved ).

What can I do if I don't want k2 generate images in XL and Short size??? i just need the large and medium size, please i need an answer.. thanks anyway!!!

Hi. You cannot do this. You need to hack K2 code to achieve this.

It's all not doing the trick for me. I'm still getting the original size of the picture. Even when I delete the picture and upload it again.
