I want my items titles to be in the same style as the normal joomla article titles. What do I need to change?

Hi. K2 has it's own style. You can override it by placing /components/com_k2/css/k2.css to /templates/YOUR_SITE_TEMPLATE/css/k2.css. Then you can edit k2.css in your template and make any changes you like. Of course this assumes that you know CSS.
