HI K2,

Just wanted to see if the capability to assign multiple authors to articles has been added, or if it can be put on the "wishlist"? I have authors who collaborate on articles.

Please advise, and thanks for a great extension!

Hi. Unfortunatelly K2 doesn't support multiple authors per item.

You can however use the author alias field to provide a generic name of the team etc.

Can you please provide a more detailed explanation of how you would use the authors alias field?
It's becoming quite common for one or more authors to collaborate on the writing of an article. I have ofter seen it on the Reuters.com site and elsewhere, where several people are credited for writing a story.

It would be a great feature for K2. Especially if the additional author's articles links display under the group article.

Yes, I also like to see this multiple authors feature to be incorporated into K2 very much. Using alias does not work since searching will not work if there is alias.

As i'm using (the wondefull) K2 in so differents cases, blog is not the only one ! Sometime, multiples authors could be a great thing ! Thanks to add it to the wishlist...

Wondering if the dev team is interested in pursuing the addition of adding this multiple author capability to K2?

Any progress or interest in making this multiple authors feature a reality? It would be so great to be able to see and view each author's profile via links in each content item.
