I'm trying to tailor K2 to fit my site. One thing I seem unable to change is the avatar under each article that links to a user's profile and is above the "Latest from..." link.

The image is H-U-G-E (click on the image below to see how big that means) and I want a thumbnail at best. But I cannot find any settings for it. What am I missing?
