As a tool to break up the text a bit,I am looking for a way to add some quotes to the text. You know, the way it often is done in magazines, somewhere in the middle of the text. I already have this in iJoomla Magazine, but it does not work with K2 - believe me, I have tried :-) .

Also, sidebars would be nice to be able to explain things in the articles. They should be able to use some of the styles available in the template I am using to stand out from the text.

I prefer open source and free additions.

One idea to make a sidebar would simply be a way to place a small article inside an article as a module, but have the possibility to control size, placement and css class as with a picture. I would then just make a new article and place it there.

Have you tried the xtypo plugin?

Never tried it. Does it work with K2? And what does it do?

Found the plugin. Look like it will work for quotes if it works with K2. I have tried other plugins that seemed to be hardcoded to only work with the standard Joomla content system.

Still nothing that will work for sidebars. A sidebar is basically something that allows you to place another article inside your article with a little styling to make it stand out. It needs the same placement options that you have with pictures. Any suggestion to what would work with it?
