UPDATED THE ATTACHMENT,works now 100%!!! It checks now if exists username/name and email

Hi,

anyone can use a Name of an Registered User. There is no check in the comment form...

So anyone can post a comment with a name of an registered User. Not good...

Okay, i checked out some other (free,GNU/GPL) Comment-Systems and i think i have a/the solution:
