Hi Guys

I sinatlled the sh404SEF plugin on my Joomla site and noticed that when turned on it break the page pagination in K2. So when I list a category and click the next page to view more aticles it just takes me to the front page of my web site.

I tried excluding K2 from the sh404SEF component and still not working.

Has anyone else come across this?

ok... so i guess SEF urls are just not possible with this component. i am currently trying to figure out how to get it to work with the standard joomla sef and that is failing. now it seems that sh404sef is also not working.

it's imperative that k2 utilize not only the standard joomla sef but also any third party tools. what is the point of having great content if the search engines never find it?

I'm sure you would agree that SEO working in Joomla with K2 are important matters, just wondering if their is any work being done to get K2 to work with sh404sef.

Hi. If you have problems with sh404SEF and K2 check the sh404SEF plugin you are using. If your plugin is correct then it should work fine. Now regarding the native Joomla sef, K2 should work fine. If you face any problems regarding the native SEF support please report them.

Ok I'll check that, what version of sh404SEF should I be using with Joomla 1.5.12?

is there anywhere to get the sh404SEF plug-in for K2? I a can not locate it anywhere. Thx.

I found this too... I have disabled SH404SEF until this is fixed.
what I found though is that my front page category just displays featured items from subcategories yet when I clicked on next page with sh404sef enabled it would take me to a subcategory view...
in a slightly unrelated note...when you do go onto the second, third, fourth etc. it keeps the same article layout for each page, ie leading is 1 column, primary 2columns.... what I was hoping to achieve is have these pages just display one or two categories for every article...I just think it looks a bit odd currently..
