It could be really useful to have a real frontend submission form more polished (current it's the same than in backend) and with a nice look. Also, if you are not using some features (like galleries, for example), the tab shouldn't be shown.
If you add a form submission layout in frontend, it will be easy to CSS it and to fit the look with the rest of the site.
