Hello. Strange thing happened as I was sorting my articles by creation/start publishing dates... Using K2 tools to creative an Archive list, links to my 2004 documents were showing as accessible, but the more I changed other articles, that 2004 (and subsequent months within that year) disappeared from that list.

How do I control this, as I do not see in the K2 Tools module manager a place to control and/or limit date ranges.

Please help (or advise)

Answered my own question.

Edit /modules/mod_k2_tools/helper.php

Search "$db->setQuery($query, 0, 12);" WITHIN this block of code: function getArchive( & $params)

where 12 is the number of rows of archived articles (by month).

Change that number to a number of your choice.
