I´m trying to figure out how to solve this but I´m going nuts because I cant solve!

I have 4 main categories and each have 5 subcategories. My problem is that I can only get it to work is if I have a menu item to the main cat and then submenu items to each subcategory.

Can I get it to work without having the submenu items?

edit: when I dont have an menu item the category is empty... ?

Anyone? Am I the only one with this problem?

Create a new module using K2 tools.
On the right side of the module creation screen select "Category List (menu)"
Go down a bit on the right side to a heading called "Category List (Menu) Settings" and adjust accordingly.
