Hello , many thanks for such great component.
Yesterday after more than a month with working with K2 the k2 component went "white screen" on the frontend. I did not carry any changes that possibly make this happen.

I reinstalled newest version, same problem.
I created a new menu item for the k2 , same problem.(categories display)
index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&layout=category&Itemid=76&lang=en

using joomla 1.5.14 and K2 2.1

does this happened to someone else?

Ok , i think I can answer myself. I found what was preventing K2 to work.
I installed yesterday the plugin BK-Multithumb, formerly known as "Multithumb" a well known component to manage images galleries inside articles.

Right, it seems K2 is not compatible with that plugin enabled. As soon as I turned the plugin off, K2 started to work again.

does anybody has a solution for this problem? I like both multithumb and K2. So it would be glad if there is a solution soon.

You would need to submit a request to K2 and also to BK to see if they can write an update to work together.
It could be very unlikley to find a user solution for this, maybe wrong.

I don´t know but the problems are not there anymore. I made the last updates of K2 and BK-Thumbs and now everything is fine.

Yes, Multithumb is the culprit. I was getting completely blank, empty K2 pages (except K2 module output) until I disabled Multithumb.

Hello Donald,

do not use multithumb of Martin Larsen anymore! Use the latest version of BK-Thumbs. BK updated multithumb. You just need to install BK-Thumbs, no uninstalling multithumb nessecary! BK changed a little bit, but you will see it. And now K2 and BK-Thumb are working together!
