Hi there,
is it possible to hide the details panel when showing the Add new item ajax window?
I do not want users to mess with things like Published, Featured, Category, Author, etc...

Also, is that feasible to preset the category when calling the same window (add new item).

The point is that I want to make it easy for the users to just let them click on links say:
--> add new car
--> add new bike
--> add new whatever

and I compose these links, which preset the correct category based on the selection and calls the ajax input window where the user does not have to additionally set things in the Details panel.
