Our client came to us to create a research tool targeting Chinese investors interested in the California Real Estate market. Website users needed be able to compare distinctive characteristics and demographics by city quickly, in both English and Chinese. Caimeiju’s community data spans 1700 California cites, with plans to expand service to additional regions in the future.

By using JPGraphs in a custom K2 template, we are able to render statistical graphs in PNG format, allowing fast graphical display of the neighborhood and community data. Users are able to access the information without the need to install proprietary tools such as Adobe Flash on their web browser. Caimeiju.com is also one of the most robust real estate tools that can be viewed on the iPhone, Blackberry, and other smart phones.

Caimeiju.com features K2's robust content management with categories, articles, and images presented in an innovative and user friendly fashion. We modified the source code in K2 to dial in the multi-lingual look and expand upon the K2 functionality specifically for this site.
