I have K2 v. 2.1 and sh404SEF v. 1.5.3.296 installed.

A few URLs/pages display just fine but I have two problems.

1. "Categories" menu items that are set to display items from more than one category don't work at all. With sh404SEF turned off, the URL /index.php?option=com_k2&Itemid=18&lang=en&view=itemlist displays items from two categories as it is supposed to. With it turned on, that menu item links to /itemlist?layout=category and that obviously doesn't pull up what it's supposed to- it just shows the home page.

2. Menu items that aren't at the top level don't display properly. Some images don't display, like the increase/decrease font size buttons. And the jquery rounded corners from my template don't work.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or can anyone provide general guidance on the proper settings to make sh404SEF and K2 work together properly?
