I've recently launched Recumbent Journal, a recumbent cycling industry news and commentary site. It is a mix of K2 and standard Joomla articles (K2 for all news, commentary, and reviews, Joomla for static pages) using the Solar Sentinel template from RocketTheme. It also uses all of RT's updated K2 compatible modules - RokStories, RokNewsPager, RokNewsFlash - to build the front page.
