At the bottom of the demo-v2 there is a 'Bikes Category (K2 Content)'

Can anyone tell me how you achieved this - what layout options were used? I think it looks stunning and it is exactly what I want to do.

Just publish a K2content module and set the parameters to satisfy your needs. You have lots of parameters to config.

Do you know if one has admin access to the demo so that I can see how it was done. I've been fiddling with the layout but nothing seems to be getting me any closer to how they have it with the image on left and content on the right.

On further investigation and hopefully this will make sense, but I am looking for something that displays articles like Joomla's SimpleLists Table Layout display of articles (menu item type) but using K2.
