sh404sef v.1.5.3 296 doesnt generate right links for K2.
Links have "layout=cathegory" or "?layout=item" at the end. Menu category layout shows mainpage.
Do you have an idea?

Hi. This has to do with the sh404sef plugin for K2. I cannot help you for sure but try to add this line of code:

shRemoveFromGETVarsList('layout');

into your sh404sef plugin for K2. This would probably fix your problem.

sh404sef which is the extension plugin for k2?!?!!?!?

i solve my problem by using acesef and k2 plugin for acesef.
Acesef is great. sh404sef is headache.

I got the same problem. I'm currently using acesef and it always adds "?layout=category" at the end of the Blog URL. Someone told me that I should buy sh404sef to solve that. Now I read your post and happy to know that it works with acesef as well.
Could you please tell me which k2 plugin you used for this? And maybe a short guide how eo disable that suffix?

it's a long time a go.. i used acesef with k2 plugin but at that moment i had another problems. then went back to sh404sef. i checked urls now and i saw no problems. i think u can use sh404sef. may be u will have some title tag problems but u can edit them from sh404sef administration.
