Category Layout also Displaying Articles was created by Aaron Thomas
I must be overlooking something here.
Here's my issue...
I have nested Categories:
Search FHA by State (Parent Category)
--with Sub-Categories of each state--
Alabama FHA, Arkansas FHA etc... (each one is a sub-category with "Search FHA by State" as a Parent)
I have the Menu Item pointing to the K2 Parent Category using the 'Categories' menu type.
The Categories show up, but the articles/items within each category also appear.
I just want the list of Sub-Categories to appear, without the Article/Item information. (Just like on the K2 Demo site.)
Am I missing a Parameter? I fell like I've checked every parameter and haven't found the solution.
Thanks for all of your help!

I think I got the solution.
In you parent category under "Category Item Layout", change "Catalog Mode" to "NO"
At least, that's what I've done at my site: teknoportalen.no/kategorier.html

Thank you! Oddly enough, it was already (default I suppose?) set to "No". However, when flipped to "Yes", that solved my problem. Thanks Michael! That had been plaguing me for long enough! lol.
