When the tag cloud module is displayed with tags and i click on any tag - blog layout appears but with out any additional modules except login/user module which is marked to appear on all pages.

How to make other modules appear without marking them to appear on all pages?

Could anyone answer if is possible to add modules on tag blog layout?
