Hello, (sorry for my english)

I created menu by category but when i decide to change it to Menu by tag it was impossible to do the same in the menu translated by joomfish, and the translated page linked to the translate menu shows all the site items.

The same problem somewhere else?

There's a solution, delete translation and remake it.
