About commnents
When a comment is submited, the system must:
a) check if auto-publication is off. If yes,
- Send an email to the item author, asking for aproval.
- Send an email to the site admin, asking for aproval.
Should have TWO checkbox: one for the author aprovation and the other to the admin aprovation.
- If author aprove the comment, the admin can reprove it (matter off slangs, etc.)
- if the autor DO NOT aprove de comment, the admin cannot aprove it.
About articles
When an author (with no backend access) submit an item, if auto-publication is off, the system must:
a) Be marked as "to publish" our "draft" (or whatever).
b) Alert (by mail) the admin, that can change status to "published" ou "reproved" if the mark is "to publish".
- If reproved, alert (by mail) the author (It´s necessary a "observations" field). The author can edit (according observations) the item and re-submit it.

To submit an article, you must enable the k2-login module, instead of normal joomla login module. It will show a link "Submit content" since the user is logged.
Them create an user group (on K2 backend) with "add items" and "edit own itens" options options enabled.
The user, under JOOMLA must be "author" at least.
Finally, attrib the user (under the k2) to the created group.
(sending to your email too).

Hi again Antonio...i enabled k2 login module as u told me..but when i m making a test user account..it says
"""Your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login."""
but there is no MAIL RECEIVED on my mailbox...is there any option that disables sending activation link when a user creates account??

Yes, there is.
But is´nt a K2 issue, but Joomla.
Under Site/Global configuration/System uncheck New User Account Activation option.
In this menu you also can set New User Registration Type as "author" to avoid setting it manually later.

To change "Submit Article" by whatelse, you can edit the language file en-GB.com_k2.ini.
To remove fields in the form, I thing (I´m not sure) you can edit the /administrator/components/com_k2/views/item/tmpl/default.php file. I suggest you backup it before try editings.
