How can I make an public FAQ where any one registreted user can pop the question and another registreted user can come up with the answer ?

Like a knowlege database, user to user!

It should be than possible to be able to disable some of the standard content items so that only comments and posts can be displayed. I will have a look on my Dev site later and will have a look at creating a FAQ section. Then come back and post results.
