I can see how JoomFish can be used to translate K2 content so that when switching languages front end you get K2 content in that language.

But I can't see how attachments /documents can be translated, ie how can I offer an italian version of the document - there is no upload for an alternate language file.

The only thought that occurs to me at the moment is that several attachments could be used for the english version and the template for the article might be able to show just one document for that language by JRequest::lang = it then echo italian doc. Quite how the itialian doc wouldbe distinguished I am not sure as it depends on the data storage of the document. Are they stored as BLOBS? Has anyone come across this problem and found a satisfactory solution?
