I log in to my admin than i see my control panel like a list index i dont see my K2
I lost my Control Panel into Joomla!'s back-end. can anyone tell me what to do...I real need help

I've had a similar problems with parts of the back end disappearing in Joomla and found that setting Search Engine Friendly URLs - in the Global Configuration - Site - SEO Settings to NO, solved the problem.

As you probably can't get to that area, you will need to alter your configuration.php file.

Find the line:

var $sef = '1';

and change it to:

var $sef = '0';
