Is there an easy way to copy and/or move items from one site using K2 to another??

would it be possible through PHPMyAdmin

You can use phpmyadmin to export jos_k2_items to a csv file
then check this link www.individual-it.net/en/Joomla/ for a csv import tool
It will probably require redooing the csv file with xcel to get it into the correct format but will most likely work with testing
