How do I turn off display of a blogger user's e-mail address and web url that comes up by default when I add a menu link to that user's user blog page?

I found I was able to do this under Category Parameters -- but that led to another issue. The URL and e-mail are now gone from the user page, but the e-mail still shows up on the footer band (not sure what the correct terminology is) that appears with the user's avatar/image and name when one clicks on the title of a blog entry. Is there a parameter setting somewhere where I can turn that off as well?
