One posible solution is maybe to export jos_k2_items and jos_sobi2_item in Phpmyadmin as Excel 2007 files. Open them in Excel and rename Sobi2 columns as they are in K2. (delete rest)
Some columns can you simple copy/paste from one Excel document to another, put it where K2 expect it. Just not to go after in every item in K2 and change settings.
It should not take some long time to fix. When it´s finished import them in database where you want. Make a database backup, it is testing.
Don´t know if Excel will change some coding, it is bad with UTF8. Never tried that. You can use Dremveawer, or some other editor, but you will not visually see columns.
