There seems no similar problem I can find in this forum, so I post mine here.When I changed K2 profile and saved at the front-end, nothing wrong happened. The change I made are all saved.



But when I want to add a new item, I cannot find that link. Finally I went to back-end and realized what's wrong : my user group had been changed from SiteOwner to Registered.



This problem happened all the time when I changed profile.



So, what can I do to fix this problem?





By the way, since K2 not provide profile extension function yet, I installed Community Builder as the solution. However, the problem is that part of CB's profile doesn't link to K2 ( eg. avatar). This is not a big problem because I can set CB for registering only. The key point is I want to know is there any better idea or solution to have profile extension fields?  And IF THERE IS SOMEONE CAN WRITE A PLUGIN TO BRIDGE K2 AND CD WOULD BE GREAT.
