My question is, if users login and add items I want them to be able to upload an image, but not use the other methods ie "browse server" and ideally for video "only" be able to use "video from provider" how do I disallow them access to the other options?

Yes this is a major issue as it allows people effectively to snoop around your server.

The add images function on this comment system is pretty nice though... :) hint hint.. also is this part of Ning or what Forums software is this?
