K2 Search on Tradtional Chinese was created by Mak Yiu Wah
I met a problem on Joomla search on K2 v2.2. I searched the forum but it seems no one has met this problem...maybe no one using Chinese. ^___^Searching with Joomla search on English is no problem. But when I search "Traditional Chinese Content" in K2 Items, no result found. Neither when I search the Joomfish Traditional Chinese translation of K2 items. All Joomfish and K2 plug-in ae installed and published. With K2 tools, some "traditional Chinese K2 Item" can be found but some cannot.I'm using utf-8 coding..Just want to know anybody has met similiar problem...Anybody can give me some glues? Still finding out the reason..Regards,KingoftheRoad

I can search the Traditional Chinese Content in my Mysql but not in K2 Tools Search, nor Joomla Search.
Anybody can tell me Whether K2 can handle utf-8 coding characters?..?

Hi Seth Mak,

As I have search problems too, could you tell me which CCK you decided to use, because I will certainly have to use another one if I have no solution to my issue.

Regards.
