I know it's along shot, but I really like this file manager plugin, 

extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/file-management/8570

that worked/works fine in a non K2 environment. It's called using syntax in an article. Is this a compatibility issue I'll have to find a work around?

I would like to, as it gives the logged in user the ability to upload/delete files in a certain directory..love to do this in K2.
