line 216that is the error i got. I was using module manager to install it.

A-ha! I finally found the answer!! You must have JCE installed (it is a free component) - and then install this plugin via the installer within the JCE Administration panel, which you access from your Compnents drop-down in your Admin area.

Once you open the JCE component, you will see some icons - click "Install" and install it that way - no problems!!

Check and see if jce has its own plugin installer...i cant remember but some do
